Onboarding and Implementation Officer

This role will require one to collaborate with different product owners, project managers, marketing team, development teams and partners to implement and onboard customers to UBX products.

The role is both strategic and hands-on which requires a solid background and experience in engaging with customers, customer relationship management, timeline and budget management and project management. Success on this role would be measured by:

  • Customer activity, loyalty and satisfaction
  • Onboarding turnaround time
  • Time and budget management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any technical or business administration course
  • Relevant experience in customer support, customer onboarding, implementations and project management
  • Well-experienced in handling and being part of a team
  • Well-experienced with agile development concepts (Scrum / Kanban); user stories estimation, design, and CI/CD
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and organizational skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability working in a fast pace software development environment
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Must be flexible and able to work to deadlines
