Customer Support Officer

The Customer Support role is the frontline of support for clients. The role will ensure that customer needs and requirements post implementation are attended to by providing helpful information, queries and questions are answered and responded accordingly. As the frontline for the organization, they represent the voice of the customers and as such, customer feedback on product feedback and enhancements are communicated back to the business ventures for consideration.


  • 5+ years experience in customer support or in customer service industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to handle variety of situations and personalities.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation.
  • Excellent written, oral and client facing communication skills.
  • Good level on problem solving and conflict resolution.
